Tour Details

Erzincan Eksisu, Horhor, Tercan Mama Hatun Turbe and Caravansary, Erzurum, Cifte Minareli Medresseh, Uc Kumbetler, Bedesten, Yakutiye Medresseh ( Museum), Sarikamis, Ardahan ( Gurcistan Border), Cildir Lake, Seytan Canyon and Lake ( Devil s Canyon).

Day 1

Pick up from the hotel for the early morning bus to Ankara. After lunch a city tour of Ankara, to the world-wide famous Anatolian Civilizations Museum at where there are numerous remnants from stone Age, Neolithic Age, Hittites, Urartians, Phrygians and many other civilizations, Citadel of Ankara and the Mausoleum of M. Kemal Ataturk, the burial place of the national hero who founded modern Turkish Republic. The tour will end with a panoramic view of Ankara from the top of the Tower of Atakule. After dinner departure at 20:00 from Ankara by bus.

Day 2

Arrival at Erzincan. A short city tour then seeing Eksisu and Horhor. Drive to Erzurum. Seeing Tercan - Mama Hatun Turbe and Caravansary on the road then drive to Cifte Minareli Medresseh (Twin Minaret Medresseh), Uc Kumbetler, Bedesten, and Yakutiye Medresseh (Museum). Dinner and overnight is at Dilaver Hotel in Erzurum.

Day 3

Drive to Ardahan via Kars after breakfast. Visit to Sarikamis on our way then hiking to Cildir Lake, Seytan Canyon and the Castle (2 hours). Tour to the Aktas Lake (Turkey - Georgia country border cuts this lake in two). Dinner and overnight is at Sim-er Hotel in Kars.

Day 4

Seeing Kars Ani Ruins and drive to Dogubeyazit via Igdir after breakfast. Seeing Mt. Agri (Mt. Ararat). Dinner and overnight is at Sim-er Hotel in Doubeyazit.

Day 5

A visit to Ishak Pasa Palace after breakfast then drive to Van. Seeing Muradiye Waterfalls and Seytan Bridge then Old Van City. You will able to see the sunset from the Van Castle. Dinner and overnight is at Akdamar Hotel in Van.

Day 6

Van Museum, Hosap Castle, and Gevas Old Grave then departure for Akdamar Island. Return to our hotel in Van after the tour of Akdamar Island. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7

Departure for Ahlat via Tatvan after breakfast. Arrival to Elazig after seeing the museum and the Old Ahlat City. Seeing Harput and the Castle in Elazig then drive to Malatya. Dinner and overnight is at Baytur Hotel in Malatya.

Day 8

A Tour to Old Malatya City after breakfast then deaparture for Ankara via Kayseri. Arrive at 24:00. Transfer to the hotel.
